Mya Hambly has had her beautiful long haircut to be donated to the Little Princess Trust and fundraised for Children’s Happy Hospital Fund.
By encouraging her friends, family and her parents work colleagues she has raised a fantastic sum of £468.
Mya said that she wanted to help children that needed wigs and to help provide items for the children in hospital.
Sue Rodgers, Play Service Team Leader, said “What an inspiring young lady, having her beautiful haircut to benefit others. We are hoping to purchase some fibre optic light box and tails so that we can use them with patients that are in cubicles and bed bound along with various toys and games that the children have asked for. We can’t thank Mya enough for her generosity.”
